BOOKING

• All appointments must be booked online here at makemylashess.com on the “SERVICES” page.

• Appointment must be partially prepaid — a part of the service price at the time of booking, and the rest of the amount at the visit.

You can use the following ways:

• PayPal,

• Apple Pay,

• Credit/Debit Cards.

 

After completing the payment, please email me at makemylashess@gmail.com.

If you do not pay your deposit within 24 hours, your booking will get canceled.

CANCELLATION and RESCHEDULE

If you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must contact me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

​

• No-shows or cancellations made in less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will result in the loss of your deposit or will endure a penalty that requires you to prepay 50% of the service that you would like to book in order to schedule your next appointment.

• As long as you reschedule your appointment before the 24-hour mark, then your deposit will be applied towards your next visit.

• As long as you cancel your appointment before the 24-hour mark, then your deposit will be refunded to you.

 

To cancel or reschedule your appointment before 24 hours, you can ONLY do so through the confirmation email that you received after booking.

This policy was put in place to prevent the possibility of no-shows and last minute cancellations, to ensure that you show up for your appointments on time, and to provide me with enough notice in case you have a change of plans, so someone else on the waitlist can take advantage of your appointment time.
No Exceptions.

RUNNING LATE

If you're running a few minutes late, please text or call me. Any amount of time you are late will cut into your lash time.
I schedule appointments back to back. So I will not use another client's time.

WORKING OUTSIDE NORMAL HOURS / IRREGULAR HOURS

If the service was provided before 10.30 am or after 7.00 pm, then additional surcharge in the amount of $70 is applied towards your total.

For example:

• Regular volume eyelash extensions cost $250. If you scheduled your appointment for after 7.00 pm, your total would come up to $320 (service price $250 + extra surcharge $70).

• Classic eyelash extensions cost $195. If you scheduled your appointment for before 10.30 am, then your total would come up to $265 (service price $195 + extra surcharge $70)

REMOVING

• Removing someone else's work will cost additional - $30

• Removing my work with the subsequent new set of extensions is free.

• Removing my work  without getting a new set costs - $20.

CHILDREN

No kids are allowed in the salon.
Your eyes will be closed, and there for therefore you will not be able to watch your children. My office is not equipped to provide child care. If you want to make the most of your time at my salon, please leave your children with a caretaker.
If you bring a child with you, I will not be able to provide your service. This will be treated as a cancellation or a no-show and will result in the loss of your deposit.

AFTERCARE

To ensure long-lasting lashes for 4-6 weeks, proper care is required.
How to take care of your lash extensions in the FIRST 48 HOURS after the procedure

• Keep your lashes dry for the next 48 hours

• Avoid participating in activities that make you sweat. 

• Do not use any kind of oil-based products on or near your eyes. 

• Avoid touching lashes directly. 

• Sleep on your side or back, not face-down.

REFILL

I follow the European technique in eyelash extensions application, which differs from the standard US technique. 
The result lasts  3-6 weeks. 
Extensions removal is done with a special solution and a new set can be applied again at either 3- or 6-week mark. It is safer for your natural lashes. 
If one will apply new extensions onto the old ones during their follow up, then the new ones will stay, but the old lashes will still fall out in about 5-7 days. Therefore, eyelash correction is pointless. I do not do eyelash refills

My prices are fixed since each set is considered a new set.
